All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery times
We ship from local warehouses in Canada and the United States, which is why our delivery windows are short. Orders inside Canada usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Orders inside the United States usually arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Larger appliances can occasionally take a little longer if they travel by ground freight.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on all orders over $99 CAD. Orders under that amount are charged a flat rate that is shown at checkout.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so please allow a day before checking. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, email us at shop@belilan.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Multiple parcels
If your order contains several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels, sometimes a day or two apart. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. Nothing is missing if one arrives first.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. Once a parcel has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake, email us at shop@belilan.com immediately with your order number and we will do everything we can to correct it before dispatch.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs at shop@belilan.com within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, please check with your neighbours and building reception first, then contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier.
