A domestic food processor chops a bowl and then needs emptying. This runs continuously with the food falling straight through into a container below, which is the only way a service kitchen gets through a sack of carrots. Interchangeable discs switch it between slicing, shredding and dicing, with dicing grids at 6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm depending on the set you choose.
