Tiger 5.5 Cup Multifunctional Rice Cooker JBV-G10U

The Tiger JBV-G10U is a multifunctional electric rice cooker with a 5.5-cup uncooked capacity and a 1.7 mm thick non-stick inner pot. Its Tacook cooking plate lets you prepare a main dish and rice at the same time, while the Automatic Cooking Logic system monitors cooking temperatures to help create the perfect meal.

Ten pre-set programs cover plain rice, quick time, brown rice, multigrain, mixed rice, sweet rice, porridge, slow cook, steam, and synchro-cook, and the microcomputer lets you adjust the cooking time. The keep-warm function holds rice for up to 12 hours, and the cooker automatically stops when the selected program or timer elapses.

Materials & care

The 1.7 mm thick inner pot has a non-stick coating. Wash the inner pot, spatula, and Tacook cooking plate with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly before storing.

How to use

Add rice and water to the inner pot, select one of the 10 pre-set programs, and press start. The microcomputer adjusts cooking time and automatically stops when the program or timer elapses. Use the Tacook cooking plate to cook a main dish and rice simultaneously.
